Typical Visit

Naturopathic Initial visit: Pediatric and adult appointments will include a thorough medical and health history intake, general and focused physical exam, measurements of blood pressure, weight, height, body mass index and tongue and pulse diagnosis. When necessary, orders for labwork will be given. Dr. Finley has registered accounts with LabCorp locally and US Biotech, Diagnos-Techs, ZRT Laboratory, Doctor’s Data and Great Smokies Diagnostic Lab out of state.

General recommendations are made at this time. A customized treatment plan, designed after all information has been gathered and necessary research has been completed, will be presented at the patients first follow up visit. Patients may also receive a full acupuncture treatment as part of the initial visit, if desired.

Chinese Medicine Initial Visit: Pediatric and adult appointments will

Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture Visit
Total Time: 75 minutes

Follow-Up Visits:

Total Time: 20-30 minutes

Acupuncture Visit
Total Time: 45-50 minutes

Cosmetic Acupuncture: Following the Mei Zan established protocols for face and body treatments, patients must commit to twice a week visits for 5 weeks to guarantee results.

Initial Visit Includes complete intake, tongue and pulse diagnosis
Total Time: 75 minutes
An initial new patient 30 minute visit must be scheduled to review all health concerns and rule out any other contraindications.

Follow up Visits – 50-60 minutes

Phone Consultations: These appointments must be prescheduled and paid for prior to the time of appointment with check, money order or credit card.

New Patients Time: 50-60 minutes

Established Patients
Time: less than 5 minutes without need to pull the chart for information
Time: 5-15 minutes
Time: 15-30 minutes
